The current Trial of former President Donald Trump has been put on hold after Trump posted bail at the NYC court this Wednesday. Within minutes of being released to await his trial, Trump boarded a private plane at LaGuardia, before flying out to Chicago, where he would then head south into central Illinois and begin campaigning for public support, in spite of the election being over. In a rally in Bloomington, Illinois Donald Trump called current President Joe Biden a “Puppet of tyrants.” Attacking Joe Biden’s perceived weakening mental state, and exhaustion. He claimed the charges against him were dubious at best, and outright trying to usurp American Democracy at worst. He would then call for recounts in several swing states, before bringing two of the previous attempts on his life, claiming they were a sign of the desperate state that the “Radical Left” had fallen to in an attempt to stop him from saving democracy.
However, something peculiar of note was the presence of various militia’s and private military providing security for this rally, rather than state and federal law enforcement. With worsening ties between Donald Trump and the sitting Federal and state governments, it seems he has eschewed the use of law enforcement agencies and taken private and civil matters to said problems. The presence of large numbers of militia was called out by Illinois governor JB Pritzker, who decrypted the gathering of the militias within his state, and demanded the rule of law be returned to the land.

Trump would promise to go on a cross country tour, where he started in Illinois and headed west to cross the as he says “Forgotten America” his actions are already being praised across social media by several agitator accounts. Tens of thousands have already declared their support for these actions, with federal pressure now on the NYC court to recall Trump and continue the trial immediately to avoid any further agitation. However the difficulties in doing so have already been made known, with one masked militiaman being recorded saying “You’ll need to get through us first!”, as the crowd of armed men cheered him on. This support is being echoed by several Republican Senators and governors. Namely Texas and Florida, have seen a large outpouring of support, with some clashes between rival protest groups in the streets of Austin and Miami, while those in NYC and LA have seen protest decrying Trump’s blatant disregard for the law, calling on the federal government to arrest him and the protestors who support him.
Protest right now have all been kept to the sub thousands, but the spokesperson for the FBI has already noted an alarming uptick in people seeking to join extremist groups from as Far Right as Patriot Front, the American National Socialist Front, the National Justice Party, Hamiltonian’s and even AtomWaffen, and those on the far left like various city Anarcho groups, The American People’s Liberation Front, John Brown Militia, and Black Liberation Army. These statistics have alerted the FBI who are currently requesting an increased budget to handle such an uptick.
